A note from Clark: I know this is a little different than most of the content on this site, but given the popularity of the post earlier this week about finding work as a live art model, I thought it might be helpful to get an expert’s opinion on getting healthy and fit for any of our followers considering a modeling career 😉

Becoming a life art model is not without its challenges. If you do not have any muscle definition, then you might not be the ideal candidate. If you have your heart set on being a live art model, but you are not in prime shape, then there are some things that you can do to correct the problem.

nutritious fruits and vegetables

Change Your Diet

No matter what other measures you take to get your body into shape to become a live art model you must first change your diet. You have to quit eating fast food and junk food and start eating lots of fruits and vegetables and skipping the soda. You can include a healthy meal plan to help keep you on track with your eating habits.

Get Your Cardio Exercise

Cardio based workouts are a great way to lose weight and increase stamina. Just lifting weights is not enough to help you shed body fat. You will have to make time every day for cardio exercises. You can do many different exercises to achieve results. The most common is jogging. You can also sprint, stair climb, or jump rope. If you can’t manage any of these exercises, then you can consult a personal trainer or even follow a cardio workout video. Just remember to be consistent. If you skip your workout, you won’t see the results you are after.

Drink Lots Of Water

One of the most important things that you can do for your body to keep it functioning properly and looking it’s best is to drink plenty of water. The average person stays dehydrated, and they don’t even realize it. You should drink at least a half of a gallon per water daily. This will help your skin to stay clear and will help your internal organs function properly. Drinking plenty of water can also curb your appetite and prevents you from overeating. In some cases, you will feel that you were hungry when you just need to drink water.

Get Plenty Of Sleep

Getting the proper amount of sleep is critical. If you do not get at least seven to eight hours of sleep per night, your body will not break down food properly. If your sleeping pattern is off your body will be more likely to store the food that you eat as fat. Proper sleep ensures that your body has a chance to heal and restore itself after a full day. This is critically important during times of stress.

Lower Your Stress Level

If you find yourself stressed out consistently, your body will suffer. Not only internally but externally as well. Whenever you are under extreme stress, your body produces a hormone called cortisol, which creates fat on the body. Do everything you can to eliminate stress in your life. By reducing stress, you will give your body a boost in metabolism. You will also notice that you will be able to concentrate more easily and have better stamina.

This is just a few things that you can do to help get your body in good enough shape to become a live art model. Keep in mind that you must be proactive and be serious about making changes in your diet, sleep patterns, and lifestyle. The results will not appear overnight. It will take some time for you to be able to get to the point where you feel comfortable posing as a live art model. It is also helpful if you have a support system or a buddy that you can team up with to help get you through this lifestyle change. With a little patience and hard work, you will soon see the results that you have been hoping for. Not only will you have The right body to be a live art model but you will also feel better and function better.
